Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it via a trackable method within 21 days of the date shipped.  All returned items must be unused and unworn with the tags still attached.  Please email us prior to returning your item and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange. 

After we receive your item(s) for return or exchange, we will issue a refund or will send out the item(s) you requested in exchange with no additional shipping charge.  

We are unable to refund shipping costs.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  

Monogrammed or personalized items may not be returned, so please double check your instructions to us regarding your choice of monogram or name on an item.  We are not responsible for customer misspellings.  Of course, if we make a mistake in the personalization of your item, we will gladly refund your money or send you a replacement with the correct personalization.  

All swimwear is final sale.
